The position is responsible for coordinating multiple projects, including assessments, developing response plans, trainings, exercises, special needs planning, fiscal management, and program evaluation in the nine-county area of Northwest Illinois. Reporting to the Director of Non-Clinical Applications, the leader will also have dotted reporting line relationship to the VP & COO of MercyCare. S/he will be instrumental in implementing next-generation analytic capabilities and in developing strategic relationships with a wide variety of key leaders and other stakeholders. This is a highly visible position which requires strong communication skills, collaboration, and the ability to partner with executives.
